And apparently Greene has been eyeing Carney, who stars in the musical "Spider-Man: Turn Off the Dark," for a while. 

"Ashley has been pining after Reeve for a long time. She's super close with Reeve's family and loves spending time with Paris, his sister, when they're both in L.A.," an insider told the magazine.

Greene has been previously linked to Joe Jonas and Jared Followill, who is the Kings of Leon bassist. Even though the Peter Parker actor used to date his on-stage co-star Jennifer Damiano, Greene frequently hangs out backstage during his performances.

"Ashley has been to the show a few times and has been introduced to Reeve’s mom," a source told the New York Post. "While it has been going on for a short time, it already appears pretty serious."

Carney showed off his new girl when the pair went dancing at PH-D at Dream Downtown in New York City Tuesday.
