It looks like yet another courtroom will soon be graced with the infamous Lindsay Lohan's presence.

Lohan, who is currently undergoing 480 hours of community service for her last run-in with the law, is now under fire for reportedly failing to pay $100,000 worth of limousine service from a single company.

The limo company, Chavos and Rau PLC, claims it has filed a suit against the star.  Yet Lohan's representative told E!, "Lindsay has not been served with any lawsuit, and we cannot comment on a lawsuit we have not yet seen."

According to attorney Laurie Rau of Chovos and Rau PLC, Elite Transportation Limo and Security Services has been attempting to contact Lohan about the issue for months, but in vain.

Rather than deal with such matters, Lohan has been making a splash at fashion week across the world and canoodling with her fashion designer boyfriend Philipp Plein in front of the cameras.
