After a falling out with KISS 101.7, Delaware’s most popular hip hop station, it is safe to say that is one station Tyrese won’t be tuning into in hopes of hearing his songs being played

since the singer has been reportedly banned from the station.

In a classic tale of he said she said Tyrese was reportedly kicked out of the station earlier this week because he was complaining about a liquor store being right next to a school.  However according to Tony Quartarone, the owner of KISS 101.7 station, that wasn’t the reason Tyrese was asked to leave. Recently Quartarone spoke to TMZ who reported that the problem was the manner in which the singer addressed the audience as “homies” that caused the falling out.

Quartarone felt Tyrese was being condescending by addressing the audience as homies, which is why he ultimately kicked the singer out on Monaday, and that it had nothing to do with the singer’s earlier comment about liquor stores.

Adding insult to injury in an already sticky situation Tyrese took to twitter to discuss the incident, which prompted Quartarone to ban Tyrese from his station until he apologized.

This feud won’t be coming to a close any time soon since the singer reportedly called into TMZ Live yesterday and said he had no plans of apologizing and really didn’t seem to care if his music wouldn’t be played on the station.

This story reflects a classic case of misunderstanding between two grown adults and it seems that neither one wants or plans to end this feud. Ultimately leaving the station listeners in the middle who might want to listen to Tyrese’s music but won’t be able to until this issued is resolved.
