Ever dream of an entire room filled with chocolate?

Your sweet dreams can become a reality this Sunday at the 2011 Los Angeles Luxury Chocolate Salon—a showcase featuring over 25 of the finest chocolatiers, artisan confectioners, and culinary icons.  

Hosted by TasteTV and Chocolate Television, the Chocolate Salon will transform the City of Angels into Chocolate Heaven.

Guests will be treated all-day to chocolate tastings from the most exquisite chocolatiers and confectioners, paired with live demonstrations, interviews, and panels with renowned chefs and authors.

This year’s Chocolate Salon will showcase premier chocolate and confectionary masterminds such as Choclatique, Amano Artisan Chocolate, Mignon Chocolate, Nicole Lee Fine Chocolates, Jer's Chocolates, Chocoveda, David Bacco Chocolatier, Seattle Chocolate Company, Sterling Truffle Bar, Ciel Chocolatier, Amella, Monterey Chocolate Company, The Toffee Box, Butterfly Brittle, The TeaRoom Chocolate Company, CocoTutti, Christopher Michael Chocolates, Bootleg Chocolates, Marti Chocolatt, L'Amourette Chocolatiers, Droga Confections, Kallari Chocolate, Pacari Ecuadorian Organic Chocolate—and many more.

While guests indulge in their sumptuous confections, they will have the chance to watch chocolate making demos, attend book signings by top food authors, and listen to words of wisdom from celebrity culinary gurus.  Presenters include star chef Manouschka Guerrier from Food Network’s “Private Chef of Beverly Hills,Danielle Keene from “Top Chef: Just Desserts,” and Grand Master Chocolatier Art Pollard of Amano Artisan Chocolate, and many more.

For chocolate lovers looking to make this Sunday a little sweeter, The 2011 Los Angeles Luxury Chocolate Salon is an absolute-must.

The 2011 Los Angeles Luxury Chocolate Salon will be held from 11:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. in the Ballroom at the Pasadena Center.  Tickets for adults are $20 if purchased before Sept. 23; $25 before Sept. 24; $30 at the door; $10 for children; free for kids under 6. Click here for more information.
