The website’s look book is full of well thought out details and fun surprises.  It features a variety of plain, muted pieces along with staples like breezy cheetah print pants and bold patterned skirts. Browns, beiges, blacks, and grey's dominate the color palate, accompanied by pops of bright blue and red.  As always, the collection is full of beautifully made accessories including flamboyant hats, cocktail rings, round glasses, and turquoise accents.

What makes this collection unique is its playful take on fashion.  It borrows influences from the classroom by adding pencils, notebooks, and desks into their photo shoot. At the end of the look book, LF also took a cue from high school yearbooks and added two pages of superlatives.  There are models labeled as “book worm,” “gossip queen,” and “most spirited” all while sporting the new LF fashions.

The attitude of the fall line is focused around mixing old fashions with new details.  One look features a pair of frayed jean shorts, a perfect piece for summer, but mixes it up by adding black leather pockets and a bold knitted sweater. Another look includes a brown floral dress with a sheer, easy feel that is updated with a chunky, beige sweater and tall brown boots.

The flawless way that LF bridges the gap between summer and fall makes them a top competitor in today’s world of fashion.
