January Jones, Star Of "Mad Men" Gives Birth To Baby Boy

January Jones, star of the hit AMC series “Mad Men,” gave birth to a baby boy on Tuesday, Xander Dane Jones. Her rep confirmed that, “Mom and baby are doing great.” This is the first child for the 33-year-old television star. 

Jones announced her pregnancy back in April and remained relatively quiet, though a source close to the actress told People magazine that she was very much looking forward to her new life as a single mom. 

The actress has yet to release the name of the baby’s father. She has previously been linked to Ashton Kutcher, and around the time of her pregnancy, "Saturday Night Live" actor, Jason Sudeikis.  

“Mad Men” creator, Matthew Weiner also told Us Weekly that the actress wanted a baby “very badly.”

Jones is best known for her role as Betty Draper in AMC’s “Mad Men,” which first aired in 2007.  She was nominated for an Emmy last year for her role in and the show has been nominated this year for Best Drama Series.
