Apple Trumps Samsung In The Latest Battle Over Patent Wars

Apple filed its first patent complaint against Samsung in the U.S. in April, claiming the electronics company "slavishly" copied its iPad and iPhone.
The two companies have been battling in legal disputes around the globe including South Korea, Germany and Japan.
It appears the Dusseldorf court failed Friday, to follow suit of the United States DOJ ruling against AT&T’s planned merger with T-Mobile protecting U.S. consumer rights. The Dusseldorf court decision spurs concerns over the protection of European consumer rights from corporate monopolistic tendencies.
Samsung Electronics, in accordance to the courts ruling, pulled the latest Galaxy tablet from the six-day fair on Sunday after premiering the tablet on Friday.
