Too many celebrities get caught up in their fame and fortune.

Such is not the case for the pop-alternative band All Time Low. The band started as a small group of friends, quickly gaining popularity throughout the world. They recently completed the "Gimme Summer Ya Love" tour in the United States and Canada to promote their new album, Dirty Work

Along with their tour came the release of a music video, "Forget About It." The video features the band on their previous US tour, including fans as part of the footage.

In a personal e-mail interview, guitarist Jack Barakat said: "We have the most dedicated fan base I've ever witnessed. It has come from many years of touring. It's like we travel the world and pick up new fans and bring a piece of them with us."

The fans propel the success of the band, and the band definitely acknowledges it. Jack modestly responds to how it feels to be successful with, "It hasn't hit me yet. Probably since were always looking at ways to become a bigger band, so focused on reaching out to as many people as possible."

Their main goal is to connect with the fans. Jack hopes that people take away laughs and smiles from their music. He also notes, "We have always pride ourselves on making people happy."

For now, the band will continue "playing music as long as there are people to play music for."
