A 6.9 magnitude earthquake struck the northern Indian state of Sikkim Sunday. Three died in Nepal's capital of Kathmandu when a wall of the British embassy collapsed, killing a father and his 8-year-old daughter. Six fatalities have been reported in India, according to CNN. The large quake was part of a series of three earthquakes that hit the region within an hour and 15 minutes. The earthquake triggered landslides, but no tsunami warning has been issued. Rescue efforts are underway, including the help of four Indian Air Force aircraft to deliver supplies, reports the Times of India.
