Daily Hollywood - "DWTS" Gets Its Stars

ABC’s “Dancing With the Stars” announced its season 13 lineup, and it’s interesting, to say the least. The cast varies from actor David Arquette to TV personality Nancy Grace to model (and George Clooney ex) Elisabetta Canalis to the breakout soccer star of the woman’s World Cup, Hope Solo. The 12 celebrities chosen are quite a random mix, but are sure to make for an entertaining season. (ABC

Indie film sweetheart Sofia Coppola, of Marie Antoinette and Lost in Translation fame, wed singer Thomas Mars from Phoenix over the weekend. The couple, who have two children together, celebrated with a low key ceremony. And all of a sudden, the Somewhere collaboration makes so much more sense. (People)

Emma Roberts is the latest bright young thing actress to pursue higher education, this time at Sarah Lawrence College. Hopefully, she’ll last there longer than a year (here’s to you, Hermione). (US Weekly)

First Ashton Kutcher joined the cast of “Two and a Half Men.” Now, Arrested Development and Archer star Judy Greer is set to join too. This is all part of the new TaaHM format, which moves past the departure of former star Charlie Sheen. Here’s to breathing new life into a show whose popularity no one quite understood. (EW

Steven Soderbergh has made a name for himself as a quality filmmaker, and has a sure-to-be blockbuster hit on the way with the star-studded Contagion. Despite his noted success in the world of film, Soderbergh’s making a career leap – to painting. He’s got two more films to go, let’s hope they’re more like Erin Brockovich than Ocean’s Twelve.
