Complicating matters is Laura's mother and sister's insistance that she press charges against the doctor that failed to discover her husband's heart condition in time to take preventative action.  She finds herself pressured by a ruthless lawyer to continue with a lawsuit she much rather not have to deal with.

"A Little Help" is about what it means to deal with life when it goes wrong.  To be flawed and to be human.  To reach out for help and sometimes get burned, but sometimes find that help was waiting for you all along.
