That appears to be the rationale behind the video below, in which the makers replaced the subtitles from a scene of the Hitler biopic Downfall and replaced it with dialog about the impending Los Angeles traffic catastrophe known as Carmageddon.

The congested traffic won't be WWII, but it has captured nationwide attention, nonetheless. Locals will appreciate the rant's jabs at L.A. car culture (Sepulveda?!). And, seriously, don't tell him to take the Metro.
