President Barack Obama and House Speaker John Boehner came together for a highly anticipated game of golf Saturday morning. Obama’s guest was the Vice President himself, Joe Biden, while Boehner brought along Republican governor of Ohio, John Kasich.

The outing, referred to as nothing more than a friendly game, could be an opportunity to discuss controversial issues that Republicans and Democrats have been unable to compromise on including the nation’s debt limit.

The idea that a simple round of golf could be such a highly scrutinized event may seem comical to some. In fact, Politico ran an in-depth article on how the “golf summit” has different expectations for both sides.

For those simply wanting to know the final score, unfortunately, the end results for Presidential tournaments are not usually released.
