After many success stories (Mackenzie Phillips, Rodney King, and Nicki McKibbin) and unsuccessful treatments (Dennis Rodman, Kari Ann Peniche) Dr. Drew Pinsky is back to help eight celebrities struggling with alcohol and/or substance abuse.

Real Housewives of D.C.” star Michaele Salahi, who was rumored to be on this season, is not on the official list. VH1 recently released a statement saying, “Prior to the taping of the current season, producers were advised that Michaele Salahi met the criteria to be treated in this setting. However, professional assessments spanning from that time to the present, found that she did not meet such criteria. As a result, she is no longer participating in the program.”

Nonetheless, Dr. Drew has found many other stars with concrete addictions. Take a peek at the new cast of season five which premieres Sunday June 26 at 10 P.M. on VH1.

Amy Fisher- Often referred to as the “Long Island Lolita,” Fisher is struggling with alcohol and wants to move past the Joey Buttafuoco drama.

Bai Ling- A Chinese and American actress seen in “Red Corner” and “The Crow,” Ling wants to overcome her alcohol problems.

Dwight Gooden- Superstar baseball athlete and former New York Yankees player will discuss his cocaine habits.

Jeremy Jackson- The former “Baywatch” actor has an addiction to growth hormones and various supplements and pills.

Jessica “Sugar” Kiper- The “Survivor” all-star hasn’t been sober from alcohol or marijuana in nearly two years.

Michael Lohan- Famous father of Lindsay Lohan, Michael hopes to get sober to inspire his daughter.

Sean Young- Former “Skating With The Stars” contestant hopes to finally be free of her past issues with alcohol.

Steven Adler- The drummer for Guns N’ Roses is back for more treatment with Dr. Drew as he still struggles with heroine and cocaine.
