The child’s birth certificate was obtained that listed Schwarzenegger’s staff member Mildred Patty Baena as the mom, but her husband Rogelio Baena listed as the father. However, when the couple got divorced in February of 2008, the couple said they had no minor children together.

According to TMZ, who interviewed one of the child’s neighbors, the boy, “is the type of kid you just want to be around. He is so sweet, funny, and handsome." Much of the pictures seen in the media have blurred the child because he is still a minor.

TMZ also discovered that Shriver and Baena were pregnant at the same time in 1997.

With the many new developments becoming public, Shriver has not remained in hiding. On Tuesday, she appeared at one of Oprah’s final tapings in Chicago as a special guest. Some reports suggest Shriver made a jab at Schwarzenegger when she told Oprah, "You have shown love, support, wisdom, and most of all," with a noticeable pause, "the truth." She also managed to have a meal with Oprah, her partner Stedman Graham and good friend Gayle King.

Patrick Schwarzenegger, who changed his name to Patrick Shriver in the past day on Twitter, recently tweeted, “some days you feel like s*^&, some days you want to quit and just be normal for a bit, yet i love my family till death do us apart. #family.” Sister Katherine Schwarzenegger also tweeted, “This is definitely not easy but I appreciate your love and support as i begin to heal and move forward in life. I will always love my family!”

Many questions still remain. How long did Shriver really know about the love child? How are Shriver and Schwarzenegger’s kids handling the upsetting news? Finally, will the love child’s baby mom finally speak and share new details? Unfortunately for Schwarzenegger, this story won’t be going away soon.
