Nearly 2,000 guests will pack Westminster Abbey on Friday, April 29 for the official exchange of vows between Prince William and Kate Middleton.  Half of the list is comprised of family and friends, but the other includes the traditional guests, invited out of due respect.

Queen Elizabeth invited Arab royals in hopes of improving diplomatic relations. Though many were invited, few are attending.  Some royals are sending others in their place.

Other non-royal British citizens will be invited as well. The guest list includes Sir Elton John, Guy Ritchie, the Beckhams, and more famed residents.

The Royal Wedding honorary guest list includes those related to Prince William's mother, Princess Diana.  Diana's brother, Earl Spencer, and two sisters, Lady Jane Fellowes and Lady Sarah McCorquodale, will sit near Kate's family.

Furthermore, guests from the Commonwealth of Nations and from regimes criticized for human rights abuses will also fill seats of the Westminster Abbey.
