Jacks N Joe Serves Food And Service Similar To Home
At Jacks N Joe, “a breakfast all day kinda place,” you can pretend like it’s the weekend (even if you don’t order the banana pancakes).

A friendly greeting from the owners and one look at the menu will make you wonder if you’re still in L.A. The comfort food and friendly service make this family owned restaurant feel like home.
The menu consists of breakfast items, including pancakes, French toast, and omelets. But don’t expect a standard pancake- at Jacks N Joe’s, as they get super creative.
The extremely generous portion size is well worth the decent price. Each pancake plate is about $6.75, and you can expect three huge, hot, fluffy pancakes. Definitely enough to eat and feel full with plenty of leftovers for breakfast the next morning.
The Ruby Belle pancakes will make you feel right at home. Hot cinnamon apples, pecans, and brown sugar butter cover the stack of pancakes. It may sound like an overwhelming amount of sweet, but the cooks make it so that you won’t get tired after one bite.
The Roo's Favorite (chocolate chip) pancakes are also wonderful. The chips are small enough so that the chocolate taste is not overwhelming. Order these pancakes with a hot cup of joe and it’ll be the start of an amazing day.
The atmosphere is friendly and relaxed. The brick walls and thick-framed pictures of cute dogs give it a modern diner feel. The service is quick and the owners treat you like family.
To owners Mark and Vianney Bednorz, Jacks N Joe is the realization of a dream. After the death of their 12-year-old daughter, they decided to chase their dreams of opening a restaurant. Watch their inspiring story here.
