The international celeb finds little peace or relaxation during his time there, however, tweeting about his negative experiences to the public.

Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu reportedly snubbed the star after he allegedly refused to meet with the child victims of a recent rocket attack from Gaza.

The two had decided to meet before Bieber's Thursday show in Tel Aviv. According to The New York Times, one of Bieber's reps contacted the Prime Minister's office to set up a meeting. Netanyahu immediately accepted the request-- as long as Israeli children under attack near the Gaza border could attend as well.
A spokesman for Netanyahu suggested that Bieber and his crew may not have been keen on the idea of a meeting, suggesting he may have been throwing his lot in with a growing number of artists who have decided to boycott Israel because of the occupation of Palestinian lands.
Bieber's reps, however, deny this, claiming that the meeting had never been finalized and that logistical issues and miscommunication caused the cancellation.
Not only did political issues hinder Bieber's enjoyment of his time in Israel, but swarms of paparazzi who left no breathing room for the star also continued to worsen his experience.
"You would think paparazzi would have some respect in holy places. All I wanted was the chance to walk where jesus did here in isreal [sic]," Bieber tweeted. "They should be ashamed of themselves. Take pictures of me eating but not in a place of prayer, ridiculous."
Bieber is now committed to spending the rest of his time in Israel in his hotel room.
Welcome to the life of an international icon.
