The Kardashians keep their name in the news once again, as the new show “Khloe & Lamar” debuted last night.  The first show snatched 2.6 million viewers on opening night.

The show, chronicling the lives of couple Khloe Kardashian and Lamar Odom, appears on E! at 10p.m. on Sundays.  Following the show, is another new series titled, “The Dance Scene.”

“Khloe & Lamar” is the fourth show stemming from the Kardashian family.  The franchise started back in 2007 with the hit series, “Keeping Up with the Kardashians.”  Since then, sisters Kourtney, Kim, and Khloe took over America with “Kourtney and Khloe Take Miami” and “Kourtney and Kim Take New York.”

The family earned $65 million from its reality shows last year.  Ryan Seacrest, the Kardashian’s producer, is hoping to earn them more.  A recent interview with The Hollywood Reporter revealed his aspirations to start another spinoff show with young siblings, Kendall and Kylie Jenner.
