Daily Hollywood – Meredith Vieira Leaves Today, “X Factor” Finds Hosts, And More

January Jones (“Mad Men”) is expecting a child in the fall (from People).

Meredith Vieira is officially leaving the Today show, with fellow Today reporter Ann Curry taking over Vieira’s hosting position (from The Hollywood Reporter).

“NCIS” vs. “NCIS: Los Angeles”: the creator of the original show is suing the LA spinoff, claiming that he never got any compensation from it (from The Wrap).

Simon Cowell’s still finalizing the judges for the new “X Factor,” but also up for roles on the show: Nicole Scherzinger (Pussycat Dolls) and Corbin Bleu (High School Musical) to co-host (from Vulture).

While royal wedding fever has been building at fever pitch, when asked about it, British musician Morrissey’s response: “I don’t think the so-called Royal family speak for England now” (from PopEater).
