Arab residents of Nazareth claimed a street corner in downtown on March 15 in a protest for unity among Palestinian factions.

"The unity is a very basic issue so as to change the situation and to create better conditions for resuming political negotiations toward establishment of Palestinian state," said Nazareth Mayor Ramiz Jaraisy. "The people want to end the division. The people want to end the occupation. These are the slogans of this demonstration."
