Chris Brown’s fourth studio album "F.A.M.E." hits shelves March 22, and if only it had come sooner.

"F.A.M.E.’s" dynamic collection of catchy pop synths and massive beats, coupled with Brown’s smooth flowing vocals shows that he is ready for a comeback.

The American rap and R&B singer first debuted at age 16 with his sensational self-titled album.  Brown's then hit single “Run It!” topped the Billboard Hot 100: a feat no debut single had done since 1995 and Montell Jordan’s “This is How We Do It."

With a career suffering from his recent violent breakup with singer Rihanna and the charges following it, his "F.A.M.E." illustrates that he’s still got it.  The title seems to speak for itself; it cleverly stands for “Forgiving All My Enemies” - a bold statement to critics and the media.

Others suggest the title might stand for “Fans Are My Everything”: an effort to win over the hearts of his once loyal listeners.

A number of the album’s singles have already been available for digital download.  “Look at Me Now” features the impressive, fast rhythms of Busta Rhymes along with a heavy electro backbeat produced by electronic dance music legend Diplo.

A variety of celebrity artists make guest appearances on the album, including teen superstar Justin Bieber in the catchy duet “Next to You”.  Lil Wayne and Ludacris also crank out impressive performances, turning Brown’s album into a star-studded showcase.

Even without the star guests, Brown’s sexy smooth melodies in “Say it With Me” and “Oh My Love” shine bright and demonstrate the talent many have forgotten, taking fans back to the glory of “Forever.”

His song “Deuces,” featuring Tyga, captures emotion and speaks to the heart in such a way that it could be a contender for the breakup song of 2011.

Despite the tumultuous rises and falls of his young career, Brown’s new work seems like a successful, heartfelt attempt at redemption.  Even though his powerful new release will most certainly garner new fans, "F.A.M.E." will be a test to see if Brown can keep his loyal listeners on his side, despite the domestic violence issues of 2009.
