Charlie Sheen's anger with Chuck Lorre, the creator of the now-cancelled "Two and a Half Men," and with Warner Bros. has finally spilled over.

From the contents of his last Sheen's Korner rant, in which Sheen responded to his firing from the show with belligerance, it seemed likely that Sheen would take this next step, although the amount he's suing for is still staggering on its own.

CBS, the network which aired "Two and a Half Men," is curiously absent from Sheen's list of defendants.

Sheen claims to be suing on behalf of himself, but also of the other cast and crew members involved with "Two and a Half Men."

In the actual filed 30-page complaint itself, Sheenmakes some valid points, such as that the show knowingly employed him while he still had personal issues.

Sheen even takes Lorre to task over past shows, arguing that Lorre worked with plenty of troubled stars before including Roseanne Barr and Brett Butler.

However, the hypervitriolic and sensationalist nature of the complaint's language, placed in the context of Sheen's recent media blitz, might dull Sheen's case.

Additionally, some of the contract disputes, such as Sheen's allegation that the show was to restart production immediately after his rehab treatment, contradict statements made both by the show and by Sheen's team at the time.

Lorre had no response to today's announcement.

UPDATE: Lorre's camp responds.
