USC received a Signing Day two-for-one Wednesday when Rancho Verde High teammates Ryan Henderson and Junior Pomee both signed with the Trojans. USC has confirmed the signings.

Pomee is a 6-foot-3, 230-pound four-star hybrid receiver/tight end while Henderson is a three-star cornerback.

Believed to have the same type of versatility as USC freshman Xavier Grimble, the No. 1 tight end recruit in the country last year, Pomee could be a dynamic tight end or the Trojans may play him at receiver where they have limited depth returning.

Henderson, 5-foot-10 and 170 pounds, had said he wanted to continuing playing with teammate and friend Pomee, which led many to think (correctly) that wherever Pomee chose to attend, Henderson would also attend.

The Rancho Verde tandem had been heavily considering Utah as well.

Pomee is ranked as the No. 10 and No. 13 tight end by Scout and ESPN, respectively. Rivals has him listed as the No. 23 receiver. They list Henderson as the No. 45 cornerback prospect -- the most generous ranking of the recruiting services. ESPN has him at No. 58 while Scout only ranked him at No. 91.
