Laughing cow cheese is a cheese spread available in most Americans grocery stores. It is packaged in individually-wrapped wedges. For most flavors, each wedge is just 35 calories.

"Regular Swiss" is the only Laughing Cow Cheese flavor that is more than 35 calories per wedge. It would be better if this flavor didn't exist. Here are some things that you should do with the good, 35-calorie flavors:

1.What you should do:  Mash up The "Light Creamy Swiss" flavor with an avocado and Trader Joe's Jalapeno sauce.

Why You Should Do This: It will help lessen Mexican food's dependence on sour cream. One wedge of laughing cow cheese per one medium-sized avocado creates guacamole with the perfect creamy to lumpy ratio. Swiss cheese also complements the flavor of avocado better than any other cheese.

2.What you should do: Spread the "Mozzarella, Sun-dried Tomato & Basil" flavor on a big bagel.

Why you should do this: Though Laughing Cow Cheese is not as luxurious as cream cheese, it does provide bagels with just the right amount of lubrication. Also, the sun-dried tomatoes in laughing chow cheese taste the same as the sun-dried tomatoes used in cream cheese. Therefore, placing this flavor on a bagel will make you feel you are like eating real cream cheese, but for a fraction of the calories.

3. What you should do: Spread the "Blue Cheese" or "Light Creamy Swiss" flavor on a toasted onion "Alternative Bagel" by Western Bagel, also available in grocery stories. Top with sliced apples.

Why you should do this: For people who want bagels with a higher cheese to bread ratio, "Alternative" bagels, a thinner product containing only 110 calories, is the answer. The salty cheese and fruit combination is nothing new, but combining this mixture with warm, toasted onion (from the bagel) really makes it shine.

4.What you should do: Microwave the "Queso Freso & Chipotle" flavor on top of dinner vegetables, like broccoli, cauliflower and carrots.

Why you should do this: This is a lighter version of vegetables with cheese sauce. It still has a comfort-food vibe, and the chipotle flavor makes your vegetables just spicy enough, but not annoyingly so.

5. What you should do: Put the "Garlic & Herb" flavor on a plate. Then, put cherry tomatoes, hummus, avocados and either a meat or fake-meat cold cut on your plate. Mix different ingredients together, eat with fork and knife.

Why you should do this: Society has imposed bread on people for years. If there isn't bread around your sandwich fillings, society argues, then you must turn your food into a salad by smothering it with lettuce and dressing.

KFC's Double Down, a bread-free fried chicken sandwich, challenged this notion. My snack here is a healthy version of the notorious KFC meal, a lunch sandwich that just happens to not come with any bread.
