Pink's Hot Dogs has been in Hollywood almost as long as the Academy Awards, having lasted 72 years since it's opening in 1939.

Co-owners Gloria Pink and Beverly Pink Wolfe gave NT a little background into the history of how the little family business that started as a pushcart has evolved into the iconic eartery that exists today.

Consistently packed throughout the day, customers wrap around the building on La Brea waiting in line for one of the many speciality hot dogs.

Some of the choices include the Mulholland Drive Dog, the Plant Hollywood Dog, or the Rosie O'Donnell Long Island Dog.

Celebrity clientele are no stranger to Pink's. Everyone from Bill Cosby to Celene Dion to Tyra Banks to Karl Lagerfeld are fans.

If you can't foot the $750 ticket to this year's Governor's Ball after the Oscars, head on down to Pink's where you may run into some starved actresses celebrating the end of their Oscars diets.

VIDEO: Gloria and Beverly talk Hollywood, Oscars, and, of course, hotdogs.
