Another day, another court appearance by Lindsay Lohan.

The troubled starlet got in trouble a couple of weeks back for walking out of a jewelry store with a $2,500 necklace. Lohan claimed that the store owner had lent her the necklace, which the owner fiercely denied.

Now, Judge Keith Schwartz has made it clear: Lohan will make a plea deal with jail time included, or she can go to trial.

Lohan's legal troubles are infamous at this point, so it is likely that she'll take the plea deal over a public trial with the additional sentencing of jail time if convicted.

March 10 is her scheduled court date; no matter what she ends up doing, chances are Lohan's decision will be highly scrutinized and published.
