Bringing Fruits And Veggies To Four South L.A. Corner Stores

The City of L.A.'s Community Market Conversion program plans to use a mix of public subsidies to help bring fruits and vegetables to four small stores in South Los Angeles' "food desert." It's hard to find much more than fast-food in some of these communities, so making healthy food an affordable purchase for business owners and patrons is key.
