Foodies and winos from all over the world know that the Napa Valley is a must-see and go-to destination.

This is the world-class land of vineyards, local produce, fine food, five-star hotels, and luxurious spas.

While the most famous part of Napa is the vineyards and wineries, the restaurants prove to be one of the best places to dine.

Napa Valley is filled with several different tiny towns, but without a doubt, the two best areas to dine in the area are St. Helena and Yountville.

Start your perfect day with lunch at Bouchon in Yountville.

This small brasserie-style bistro offers French fare that is comparable to a lunch right in the Champs-Elysees in Paris.

Order the traditional moules frites for an appetizer, and then treat your taste buds with the incredible poulet.

After lunch, walk next door to the restaurant’s bakery; order either a traditional pan au chocolat or hazelnut macaroon with a strong espresso.

Between lunch and dinner, check out the luxurious Chandon Winery. This is one of the region’s biggest and most picturesque wineries, full of several different tasting menus (including a fantastic champagne tasting).

After your sparkling champagne tasting at Chandon, drive down the scenic route toward St. Helena. This beautiful 10 minute route takes you through some of the most beautiful vineyards in the world.

Fall is the best time to drive through Napa, because the leaves on the vineyards are changing, and bursting with bright gold and deep reds.

Once you arrive in the charming town of St. Helena, walk down Main Street to check out the numerous local boutiques.

The end of your perfect day in Napa must be enjoyed at local Italian favorite, Tra Vigne. This restaurant resembles an Italian villa, and looks like it was plucked right out of Tuscany.

Request to sit outside under a heat lamp, and take in the picture perfect surroundings.
