North Korea Willing To Launch Nukes If Attacked

Following four days of South Korea military exercises, North Korea said Thursday that if it was ever attacked again, it would not shy away from starting a "sacred war" by tapping its nuclear weapon arsenal.

The North Korean pledge comes just after New Mexico Gov. Bill Richardson leaves the region, where he led his own mini-diplomatic session between leaders from the North and the South.
