Joe Miller lost again in his bid to get write-in votes for Sen. Lisa Murkowski thrown out in the Alaska Senate race. On Wednesday, the Alaska Supreme Court ruled against him, upholding a lower court order that the state correctly tabulated votes for Murkowski. Miller's claims of voter fraud were also thrown out.

"There are no remaining issues raised by Miller that prevent this election from being certified," the state Supreme Court wrote in its ruling.

Murkowski lead Miller in the race by more than 10,000 votes, but Miller was disputing at least 8,000 ballots.

With the latest ruling, Murkowski will likely be certified as the victor in the race. Murkowski's camp expects she will be sworn in on Jan. 5. "We anticipated today’s decision by the Supreme Court, but are elated nonetheless,” Kevin Sweeney, her campaign manager, said following the ruling.

Miller, meanwhile, is trying to figure out his next move. "We are disappointed the Alaska Supreme Court has ignored the plain text of Alaska law and allowed the Division of Elections to effectively amend the state election code, without even giving the public an opportunity for notice and comment," his campaign spokesman Randy DeSoto said in a statement. "We are reviewing the court's ruling and will be weighing our options."

According to ABC News, Miller "has 48 hours to make his case on any outstanding issues."
