Passages in George W. Bush's "Decision Points" May Have Been Lifted From Advisers' Book
Former President George W. Bush's new book "Decision Points" lifted entire passages from previous books written by his advisers, according to the Huffington Post. The website claims Bush "quotes, word for word" his advisers' anecdotes, "passing them off as his own recollections."
The Huffington Post also wrote that the former president draws heavily from Bob Woodward's books about the Bush Administration.
Crown Publishing, which published Bush's memoir, has rejected the claims, saying the similarities prove the book's accuracy.
Bush has claimed he wrote the book himself.
