Judge Orders Gawker To Take Down Excerpts Of Palin's New Book

Excerpts from Sarah Palin’s new book, which is set to be released Tuesday, were leaked on several websites last week, prompting Palin to tweet: “The publishing world is LEAKING out-of-context excerpts of my book w/out my permission? Isn’t that illegal?”

Well, it turns out Palin might have been right. 

Gawker, which posted a significant number of pages from “America By Heart,” has removed the excerpts after a federal judge ordered that the pages must be taken down until a hearing on Nov. 30. Gawker is being sued by HarperCollins, the book’s publisher.
