But according to TMZ.com, Longoria's rep says these rumors are false. 

Longoria said that Tony did not file for divorce and does not even have a divorce lawyer. 

A clerk at the Bexar County Courthouse in Texas told TMZ that she is charge of all the sealed files and has come across no such case.

Parker, a French basketball player for the San Antonio Spurs, announced his engagement to Longoria, who is 7 years senior, in 2006, and the couple married in France in 2007. There were infidelity rumors that rocked the couple in 2007, when French model Alexandra Paressant went public with details of an affair with Parker. Longoria and Parker vehemently denied Paressant's claims, stating the claims were "100 per cent false and untrue" and added that "All high profile couples fall victim to these sorts of things in the course of their relationships. It appears that this is not the first time this woman has used an athlete to gain public notoriety.
