Mel Gibson and his ex-girlfriend, model-entertainer Oksana Grigorieva resumed their public fight over their year-old daughter Lucia behind the closed doors of a family courtroom on Monday.

Judge Scott M. Gordon of Los Angeles County Super Court is expected to decide by early next year who should have custody of Lucia, how many nights each parent may spend with her, how the visits will be monitored and whether Gibson's current support payments of $20,000 a month are enough.

Gibson, who in addition to his daughter Lucia, has seven children with his wife, Robyn, who filed for divorce last year. (Source: thestar.com)

Have you ever wanted dine with a president? Well now you can! For a hefty price, you can bid on a gourmet four-course meal with former President Bill Clinton.

Beginning today on eBay, the former president is auctioning off a private dinner with himself for the highest bidder and three friends, to be held at the Clinton Presidential Center in Little Rock, Arkansas.

The proceeds will benefit the Clinton Foundation. "I'm looking forward to showing the auction winner some of my favorite exhibits and enjoying dinner with them overlooking the Arkansas River," Clinton told People. "But more importantly, I look forward to the impact the winning bid will have on the work my foundation does."  Bidding starts at $25,000 (Source: People.com)

Just days after announcing his engagement to longtime girlfriend, Kate Middleton, Prince William proves that he is much more than just a good looking heir when he saved a man's life.

The prince, who serves as a Royal Air Force search-and-rescue, flew a helicopter through thick fog on Thursday afternoon to the 3,000-foot peak of Mt. Snowdon, the highest mountain in Wales, to transport a heart-attack-stricken hiker to the hospital.

The 45-year-old victim, Greg Watkins, told UK's Sunny Mirror he owes his life to William and his team. "If it wasn't for him and the rest of his crew, I'd be dead," said the father of two. "He'd probably say he was just doing his job but, to me, he and his crew are heroes." Princess Diana would be proud. (Source: eonline.com)

Following his recent separation from wife Courteney Cox, David Arquette partied it up with pal Jeff Beacher at the famous Fontainebleau hotel in Miami.

The actor, 39, hung out at LIV nightclub and Arkadia and got a tattoo of his grandfather on his right arm. The next night, Arquette helped celebrate the two-year anniversary of LIV, where an onlooker says, "He was surrounded by women." He tweeted and posted photos of all the festivities.
