Despite an early downpour, fans arrived at the peristyle end of the Los Angeles Memorial Coliseum before the break of dawn (some as early as 4 a.m.) to be front and center for the live taping of ESPN's Saturday morning college football preview show College GameDay.

Luckily, the rain subsided just after 6 a.m. so fans were able to participate in one of College GameDay's traditions by bringing posterboard signs showing their support, disdain or humor for something college football related.

There were a number of great signs that were immediately taken by security for being "political, vulgar or anything of that nature," according to one member of the security staff.

While we couldn't bring you the tremendous Chris Berman 'You're With Me Feather' sign that was taken by security, here are the top 20 fan signs we were able to capture from Saturday's three-hour show. Let us know which one was your favorite.

NOOOO KITA! It was for the instructor who always arrives late to class with 50 excuse. I wouldn’t speak to a member that way. Good job on the water. LOL at you and the hubs. Thx for the comment. I try to display passion every time I get in front of the class.
