Jerry Brown Points Fingers At Whitman In L.A. Press Conference

Jerry Brown says Meg Whitman's plan to end the capital gains tax in California would save her $14.9 million if all of the $140 million she
has donated to her campaign was capital gains.

At a press conference outside Dorris Elementary School in L.A., Brown said the loss of revenues from elimination of the tax was equivalent to the salaries of 33,000 publlic school teachers in the state.
