Chris Nolan revealed this morning that the third Batman film will be titled, “The Dark Knight Rises,” in an exclusive interview with L.A. Times’ Hero Complex. Nolan also confirmed that the Riddler will not be the villain of the movie, but he is not ready to reveal the villain of the film.

Interestingly, Nolan and Warner Brothers have agreed to resist the “current 3-D craze” and instead, the 2012 film will be created with IMAX and high definition cameras.

The film’s title shows that writers intend to keep the trilogy, “tightly stitched together.”

“We’ll use many of the same characters as we have all along, and we’ll be introducing some new ones,” Nolan said.

The director revealed these exciting hints about the third Batman installment, but he is keeping quiet about all other movie details.

James Cameron has already made a deal with Twentieth Century Fox to make "Avatar" 2 and 3. The movie sequels will be released in December 2014 and in December 2015. Along with Cameron, Jon Landau will produce "Avatar" 2 and 3.

Cameron says, “AVATAR was conceived as an epic work of fantasy- a world that audiences could visit, across all media platforms, and this moment marks the launch of the next phase of that world.”

In 2009, "Avatar" became the top grossing film of all time. The movie earned $2.8 billion, and clearly set the stage for 3D films. Both Cameron and Fox are excited to see "Avatar’s" success grow in the next two movies.

Fox Film Entertainment Chairmen Jim Gianopulos and Tom Rothman explained, “AVATAR is not only the highest grossing movie of all time, it is a created universe based on the singular imagination and daring of James Cameron, who also raised the consciousness of people worldwide to some of the greatest issues facing our planet.

Just like "The Hills," MTV has put an end to the spin off show, "The City". The reality show followed LA native Whitney Port as she entered the fashion world in New York City.

The show also starred Port’s mentor and boss Kelly Cutrone of the fashion PR firm People’s Revolution, Roxy Olin, and Olivia Palermo. The show ran for two seasons, and unlike "The Hills," it did not have a series finale.

The audience is left with the season two finale, which was an encounter between Port and Cutrone, after Port had a meeting with another competing PR firm. Unfortunately, fans will never see the dramatic story play out in a third season.

“It’s always sad when one major chapter in your life comes to a close, but for me, this is the beginning of an entirely new one,” Port wrote on her blog. Port is continuing to focus on her clothing line, Whitney Eve.

Reigning pop artist Lady Gaga received her one billionth hit on YouTube on Monday. Her popularity is undoubted and her fans prove to be extremely loyal and supportive.

Gaga tweeted, “We reached 1 Billion views on youtube little monsters! If we stick together we can do anything. I dub u kings and queens of youtube! Unite!”

J.P. Clement of The Marketing Distillery says that the ultimate measure of an entertainer’s power is not popularity, but money. Yet, the billion views may turn into a financial increase for the Haus of Gaga. Her videos are already clad with Virgin Mobile ads, which is a huge sponsorship deal, and we will see how Lady Gaga’s success continues.

Justin Bieber finally released the trailer for his 3D movie "Never Say Never," during his concert at the Staples Center in Los Angeles.

The movie depicts Bieber’s journey into superstardom and seems to be a retrospective because it not only includes concert performances, but also home video performances from Bieber’s childhood.

The movie was directed by Jon Chu of "Step Up 3D" and hits theaters Feb. 11, 2011.
