Choose To Fight On Fashion Show Raises Women's Cancer Awareness
What do Kellan Lutz, the Kardashians, Jason Segel, Neil Patrick Harris, Ryan Seacrest and Jack Black all have in common? They support the Noreen Fraser Foundation, an organization focused on encouraging women’s cancer awareness and a proactive approach toward healthy living.

The Noreen Fraser Foundation's mission is to raise funds for cancer research with the hope of developing preventative medicine, non-toxic treatment therapies and diagnostic tools that enhance and maintain patients’ quality of life.
On October 21, USC's Galen Center will host a charity fashion show for the Foundation's all women’s cancer cause. Candace Ravan, 19, and Tattijani Ribiero, 20, planned the show, which will include other fundraising events throughout the week.
“We came up with the idea for the fashion show once we realized that there wasn't an established Breast Cancer Organization on campus,” Ravan said. “We knew that working with the Noreen Fraser Foundation would help us effectively organize the show and send the right message to the community.”
The fashion show will include student models and performances, including the SoCal VoCals and Rozzi Crane, to raise money for the cause. Celebrity guest appearances are also expected to generate a greater turnout.
Designers have been donating and lending clothes for the event, including contemporary labels TT Collection, Stone Cold Fox, Levi’s Denim and Superdry.
Another focus of the night will be the Foundation’s most recent campaign, “Men for Women Now.” This initiative intends to get men to encourage the women in their lives to get screened early on for cancer.
“The Choose to Fight On Organization we’ve created this year will host other events working for a variety of causes,” Ribiero said. “Ultimately we want people to rally for causes they believe in, and we hope that this fashion show is a good starting point.”
