California Budget Passes Legislature, Moves To Schwarzenegger

The California State Senate passed a budget bill Friday morning, meaning the majority of state lawmakers have now agreed to a spending plan for the state.
The bill now awaits the signature of Gov. Arnold Schwarzeneggar. California has gone 100 days without a budget in plan--the longest streak ever.
