From the high price of admission, to crowds of hungry foodies hell-bent on getting their monies worth in samples, food and wine festivals are not for the faint of heart.

Many are disorganized, chaotic and exhausting.  When done right, however, they showcase fantastic local food and drink and leave patron's entertained, (sometimes) more educated and always well-fed.

The Taste of Beverly Hills did just that.
