Electronic music lovers from all over Los Angeles came to the Avalon Friday night.

As early as 8 p.m. the corner of Hollywood and Vine was full of eager people wanting to go inside and start dancing.

Thousands of fans came to the club to see electro-house DJ Wolfgang Gartner perform.

Gartner’s set did not start untill after midnight, and by that time there was barely any room to move on the dance floor.

“I’ve never seen this place so crowded! There are too many people here, and there’s still a huge line outside,” Shant Adamian said.

The Avalon has quickly become the place to be for the large sub-culture of ravers in Los Angeles. It is the perfect club for those seeking a night of lights, base, and non-stop dancing.
