Old Hollywood came to life Saturday night.

More than 2,000 people from all over Los Angeles came to the Hollywood Forever Cemetery to watch "All About Eve."

The old Hollywood classic is one of many films shown at the cemetery every Saturday night during summer.

People arrive as early as 5 p.m. to get a good seat for the 9 p.m. show.

Some couples packed elaborate picnics and had dinner under the stars before the movie.

Prepared with wine, food, blankets, chairs and candles, some attendees said they come to the cemetery almost every weekend.

“We only live five minutes away, and try to come as many Saturdays as we can over the summer. I love old movies. Coming here is much more fun than going to a regular movie theater for me,” Samantha Falkons said.
