Lads, it’s your turn to grab your mates and head to the nearest movie, because the big daddy of all manly action films is finally hitting the big screen. Directed by Rambo himself, "The Expendables" stars Hollywood’s biggest action heroes, including Sylvester Stallone, Bruce Willis, Jason Statham, Jet Li, Mickey Rourke, Dolph Lundgren and ‘Stone Cold’ Steve Austin. Of course, the movie wouldn’t be complete without California’s own Governator, and Arnie appears in a cameo in the movie and turned up on Tuesday night’s red carpet for the film’s premiere, to support his fellow action heroes. So load up on the testosterone, and hit the cinema for an action-packed extravaganza!

Hollywood sweetheart and Academy-Award winner Sandra Bullock may have had her private life rocked by scandal, but professionally, she is going from strength to strength. Bullock has just been named Hollywood’s highest earning actress in the past year by Forbes Magazine, knocking off Reese Witherspoon and Cameron Diaz for the top spot. The actress, who starred in “The Proposal” and “The Blind Side,” earned more than $56 million in the past year, securing her reign as the current queen of Hollywood. According to Forbes, the top 5 highest earning actresses are:

1. Sandra Bullock: $56 million

2. Reese Witherspoon: $32 million

2. Cameron Diaz: $32 million

4. Jennifer Aniston: $27 million

5. Sarah Jessica Parker: $25 million

Mary-Kate Olsen has broken her self-imposed ban on talking to the media to open up to U.S. Marie Claire. The petite starlet described her upbringing in harsh terms, stating, “I look at old photos of me, and I don't feel connected to them at all,” she said. “I would never wish my upbringing on anyone... but I wouldn't take it back for the world.”

She also went on to say that her friends "feel sorry for us... because it's kind of bittersweet.”

MK talked about the fashion line The Row, which she and her twin Ashley established and which she now views as her main job, explaining that “It's kind of like a mask to hide behind.” But she’s not pulling an Amanda Bynes and retiring (and unretiring) from the acting industry altogether – “I still read scripts, and if something great comes along, that's great… but this is my day job. The Row is where I go every day.” (Source: Dailymail.co.uk)

Fans of Jack Kerouac may finally have a chance to see his novel “On The Road” come to the big screen. Hollywood directing legend Francis Ford Coppola has been working on the project for 30 years, and has finally lined up Viggo Mortensen and Amy Adams to star as the leads. Also lined up for the film are Kristen Dunst, Kristen Stewart, Sam Riley and "Tron: Legacy"’s hot lead Garret Hedlund.
