If you don’t already believe in the power of Neil Patrick Harris, maybe this will convince you. The “How I Met Your Mother” actor nabbed a last minute Emmy nomination, bringing his total nomination tally to three. After the LA Times pointed out the Academy of Television Arts and Sciences that NPH’s name had been left off the cast for the 63rd Annual Tony Awards (the show was nominated for Outstanding Special Class Program), a revised version of the nominee list released Tuesday, revealed that Harris’ name had been added. The funnyman is also nominated for Best Supporting Comedy Actor for his role as Barney Stinson on “HIMYM” and as Outstanding Guest Comedy Actor for stint as Bryan Ryan on “Glee” (and with that incredible rendition of “Dream On”, I’ll be amazed if he doesn’t win it). As Courteney Cox returns to the set of “Cougar Town”, the show’s creator Bill Lawrence revealed that some familiar faces may be popping up in the next season. Lawrence, who is also involved with “Scrubs”, revealed that Zach Braff, Sarah Chalke, Donald Faison, Judy Reyes or John C. McGinley may be making a little cameo. Seeing as “Cougar Town”’s Christa Miller was one half of the Perry and Jordan dysfunction on “Scrubs”, Lawrence didn’t rule out a reunion between McGinley and Miller. But I think everyone’s main question is are we going to see our favorite Friends reunite on the show? (Source: E! Online)

A People.com source reports that “Jenny from the Block” won’t be bringing her judging talents to the American Idol desk after all, because apparently her demands “got out of hand”. J-Lo, a diva?! Surprising…still, for you AI fans out there (if there are any left after the departure of Simon, Paula, Kara and Ellen), Aerosmith frontman Steven Tyler is rumored to be negotiating his contract for the show. “Dream On” indeed. LindsayWatch 2010 – Whilst La Lohan is getting some well-needed rehab, Judge Marsha Revel, who sent Lohan to prison, has stepped down from the case after allegations of impropriety. According to TMZ, Revel contacted people involved in the case without notifying the lawyers, and also chose the Morningside Recovery rehabilitation facility despite it not being listed in a court-approved facility list compiled by experts. Judge Elden Fox has been assigned to the case after Revel’s departure. (Source: TMZ.com)

Finally, did Emma Watson cut off her hair for an audition? According to the Washington Post, there is speculation that the “Harry Potter” actress may have shed her Hermione locks to make her look the part of Lisbeth Salandar for “The Girl With The Dragon Tattoo”. This speculation comes after the Daily Mail reported that fellow British actress Carey Mulligan (also sporting a cropped blonde pixie-cut) had failed to impress the directors when she auditioned for the role of Salandar. Can Watson finally step out of Hermione and showcase her talent with this new film? (Source: WashingtonPost.com/DailyMail.co.uk)
