A small fight occured in Hall H at Comic-Con in San Diego on Saturday before the "Resident Evil: Afterlife" panel. A sergeant from the San Diego Police Department gave us an update.

"Earlier in the day we had a minor altercation inside of Hall H between two gentlemen," he said. "They had a disagreement, which led to a fight. The fight subsequently led to someone being struck in the eye with a pen."  He later clarified that the man had been "struck on the side of the eye."

He said the injuries were unknown at the time but seemed "non-life threatening and somewhat minor."

He confirmed that one arrest had been made and there was one injury.

He said the day's events would continue as planned: "The show will go on, and it continues."

When asked about additional security concerns at the event, he said there were none. "It's just an isolated incident that could happen anywhere."
