Lakers Celebrate NBA Championship With Thousands Of Fans

More than 65,000 Lakers fans came to Downtown Los Angeles for the victory parade celebrating the team's second consecutive championship.

Figueroa Street closed at 8 a.m. Monday for the Los Angeles Lakers Victory Parade.

Fans from all over California came to Downtown L.A. and lined the parade route early in the morning to get a good view of the players.

Adoring crowds of fans cheered and yelled for MVP Kobe Bryant and the rest of the team as they rode down Figueroa.
