President Obama Is Getting Personal With His Opponents

President Obama, perhaps trying to help his sagging public opinion ratings, has gone back to some of what worked on the campaign trail, by getting personal against his opponents.
More shenanigans from Republican National Committee. Now the PAC is being investigated by the Postal Inspectors for mail fraud over a fundraising mailer that impersonates Census forms. 
In a double hit to the economy today Goldman Sachs got grilled in Congressional Hearings for knowingly selling "shitty" investments (the real question: fraudulent or simply greedy/embarrassing has yet to be uncovered). While Standard & Poor's downgraded Greece's and Portugal's credit ratings as fear increased over bond defaults by the nations. 
As the saga over the iPhone 4G prototype leak continues, the REACT team - a special group of police and federal agents that fight computer crimes, raided the home of the Gizmodo editor that obtained the prototype and wrote the article on it. Apple just happens to sit on the steering committee of REACT. However, there is question over the legality of this raid - a detailed legal analysis is here.
In what comes as welcome economic news, Ford has rebounded posting a $2.1 billion first quarter profit. Most importantly, this profit comes from real North American revenue, not fancy accounting tricks.
