After months of speculation as to what kind of canine would have the honor of being the "First Pup," news broke this weekend that the Obama girls have been gifted a Portuguese Water Dog by none other than Sen. Ted Kennedy (D-Mass.). Torey Van Oot discusses the news with Annenberg Television News anchor Christopher McKinnon and Democratic campaign strategist Craig Nelson.
